    How to buy tickets

    Inclusivity commitment

The POA and the School want our events to be accessible to all children. If you’re in financial hardship and your child would like to attend this event, please contact the school office in complete confidence. This will enable the School to discuss your circumstances and if appropriate arrange payment of the event fees for you from our fund. Your request and data will not be shared with the POA.

    Help needed…

We rely on a team of super Aldrington parents to ensure events are a success so please join in the fun: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050444ACA72CA0F49-63060554-aldrington#/

    Health and safety bit….

    • Paint powders are cornstarch based and made with natural food colouring dyes.
    • All children are the full responsibility of parents/guardians once they have been collected from the teaching staff at the end of the school day. Children turning up to the event without an adult (who must stay on the field) will sadly not be permitted to run.
    • First aid/eye wash station available.
    • If needed; any personal medical equipment i.e. inhalers/epi-pens) must be bought with you on the day.
    • Disclaimer – by purchasing tickets, I agree that the POA have no responsibility for my child and any medication my child may need is the responsibility of the parent/guardian at the event.
    • Fun colourful sunglasses will be provided whilst you race – these are to be returned for the next group of runners. You may also bring your own or use goggles if you wish.

    And finally

Bring a blanket, bring a picnic, catch up with your friends and relax in the knowledge that it’s the start of a 3-day weekend!  Do you have further questions? Email parentsofaldrington@gmail.com

A few notes in line with guidance from the school and Brighton and Hove City Council around our school events:
    – We have a ‘no dogs allowed’ policy.
    – To make sure everyone is safe, parked cars should not prevent emergency vehicles accessing our site. There is visitor/public parking in bays by the allotments for those with a disabled badge or who has access difficulties. Where possible please walk to the event!
    – Food safety agency info.
    – Children are asked not to bring smartphones, inline with school policy.
