This year we are taking over MACS FARM! That’s right, Aldrington families are coming together for a fun, relaxing weekend away with your family and our lovely school community.
Event details
Date: Fri 28-Sun 30 June
Cost: £110 per pitch. This includes four people per pitch for the two nights. For additional people there is a cost of £27.50 per person.
Tents can be set up on Thurs 27 June from 4-7pm and campers can arrived on Fri 28 from 12pm.

Friday:
The Mac Shack: Crepes, toasted sandwiches & fries 5-9pm
Olly’s Fish Shack: Fish & Chips 5-9pm
Bar: The Nest Box 5-10pm
Saturday:
The Mac Shack: Breakfast sandwiches 8:30-11:30pm, toasted sandwiches/crepes/fries 12-4,5-9pm
Bangs Burgers: 5-9pm
Bar: The Nest Box 8:30am-10pm
Sunday:
The Mac Shack: Breakfast sandwiches 8:30-11:30pm, toasted sandwiches/crepes/fries 12-4
Bar: The Nest Box 8:30-4pm
Activities
These activities are available all weekend and do not need to be pre-booked. Please go to The Nest Box to pay.
- Crazy Footgolf: £6 per person + £10 CASH deposit for the footballs
- Meet & feed the chickens: £2 per bag of feed (children must be accompanied by an adult at all times)
- Farm Trial (question sheet that takes you on a walk around the farm): £2 per person
- Wild Woods play area: free of charge (open until dusk)
There’ll also be a face-painter joining us offering their services to the kids of Aldrington for a donation fee!
How to book
If you were unable to secure your pitch when sales went live in 2023 don’t worry! We reserved some extra pitches. And if you’re a 2024/25 Reception family, or ex-Aldrington student, or a friend of the Aldrington community, we would love you to join this event. Please contact Helen for more info.
Can I glamp?
Yes, either bring your own tent, or book a Bell tent using this link. All you need to do is select the correct date and include the booking reference: ALDR2024.
Can I choose to be with friends?
No problem! You can request to be next to each other, this must be stated at the time of the booking.
